🍳 Quick & Easy — Pan-Fried Beef Sausages with Mustard Potatoes

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:

  • 4 beef farmer sausages (1 package)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 4 small potatoes, boiled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 green onion or handful of parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 12–15 min, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).

  2. In another pan (or same skillet after cooking), sauté sliced boiled potatoes until golden.

  • 4 beef farmer sausages

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup dry green or brown lentils, rinsed

  • 4 cups beef broth or water

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions:

  1. In a heavy pot, brown sausages in olive oil. Remove and slice into thick rounds.

  2. Sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic for 5–7 min.
