These tourtières are frozen and 9" in diameter.
Crust: flour, corn starch, sugar, baking soda, oil.
Filling: beef, onions, mushroom, potatoes, celery, garlic, savoury, cloves, parsley, cinnamon, salt and pepper /
To cook from frozen: Preheat the oven to 400 F and cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
To cook a thawed tourtière: Preheat the oven to 400 F and cook for 40 minutes.
