This delicious tourtière is made with 100% grass-fed beef and organic vegetables from Roots and Shoots Farm, Ferme aux Pleines Saveurs, and Rooted Oak Farm, all in a gluten free pastry.
These tourtières are frozen and 9" in diameter.
Please note that this is a pre-order for the gluten-free option. We have not yet made them, but aim to have them ready by December 15th. These will be available for pick-up at the Ottawa Farmer's Market at Lansdowne park on December 15, 16, 22 or 23rd.
To cook from frozen: Preheat the oven to 400 F and cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
To cook a thawed tourtière: Preheat the oven to 400 F and cook for 40 minutes.
