🍳 Quick & Easy — Marinated Round Steak Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

2 round steaks (400–600g)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp cornstarch (optional)

2 cups sliced vegetables (e.g., peppers, broccoli, onion)
Instructions:

Slice steaks thinly across the grain.

Marinate meat in soy, oil, vinegar, garlic, and honey for at least 4 hours.

Heat pan over medium-high. Sauté meat for 2–3 min. Remove.

Stir-fry vegetables 4–5 min. Return beef to pan.

Serve with rice or noodles.

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

½ cup beef broth

1 tsp oregano
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Brown steaks in oil. Remove.

Sauté onion and garlic 5 min. Add tomatoes, broth, and seasoning.

Return steaks to pan. Cover and braise in oven for 2 hrs until tender.
