To celebrate the arrival of spring, we’re offering 10% off a selection of our grass-fed beef and pastured pork.

These discounted items come from animals harvested in previous seasons — and there’s a good reason why.

Because our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, they are naturally harvested in the fall, when they are at their healthiest and most well-fed. This means all of our beef is processed between September and December each year.

In 2020, during the early months of the pandemic, demand for farm-direct meat surged. In response, we increased production — and those animals were harvested in fall 2023. While demand has since returned to normal, we’ve chosen to continue offering this high-quality meat rather than let it go to waste.

All of this meat has been carefully stored in our freezers — mostly vacuum sealed — and remains excellent to eat. Frozen meat stays safe indefinitely, and with proper packaging, maintains its quality for years.
