🍳 Quick & Easy — Pan-Fried Beef Sausages with Mustard Potatoes

4 beef farmer sausages (1 package)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

4 small potatoes, boiled and sliced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook for 12–15 min, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).

In another pan (or same skillet after cooking), sauté sliced boiled potatoes until golden.

1 onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup dry green or brown lentils, rinsed

4 cups beef broth or water

1 bay leaf

1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:

In a heavy pot, brown sausages in olive oil. Remove and slice into thick rounds.

Sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic for 5–7 min.
